This is a gesture that becomes more effective each time you use it during the audio. It’s introduced within the Moment itself, not as an instruction, but as part of the experience.

Once your body begins to associate the gesture with this inner state, you can return to it anytime, even without the audio.

Use this simple breath and gesture anytime—no audio required:

  • Place one hand gently over your chest
  • Breathe in slowly – receiving calm
  • Breathe out gently – releasing tension
  • Picture the white lily floating beside your boat
  • Feel the soft light touch your chest, just where your hand rests

You can use this gesture on its own or alongside the Moment audio. Each time you do, the connection deepens. Soon, the movement becomes a symbolic key—your body remembering the shift, without needing to think.

Liminal Moments are designed to help you shift your inner state—gently and without effort—through image, rhythm, and breath.

You don’t need to understand it.

You don’t need to do it “right.”

 Each Moment includes a guided audio and a simple Gesture Key—a breath and hand movement that helps anchor the experience in your body.

Once you have listened to the Moment audio a few times, then the Moment audio and the gesture will both return you to the same inner state.

With repeated use, the gesture becomes a quiet way to reconnect, even without the audio.

You don’t need to listen to what’s being said. You can relax and just let the track play.

Effectiveness of this tool will increase with repetition. As it’s a short recording, you can listen to it as often as you like.

🗝 Using Gesture Keys

Each Liminal Moment contains the description of a Gesture Key, a physical gesture that you can perform to return you to the same inner state.

The gesture described in the audio isn’t a side note—it’s part of the symbolic experience.

By pairing a physical movement (like a hand to the chest) with breath and a symbolic image (like a white lily), your body forms a bridge back to that inner state.

Over time, this gesture becomes a key:

  • Embodied – your body knows what the mind doesn’t need to recall
  • Portable – usable anytime, anywhere
  • Effortless – the more you use it, the quicker the shift
